The woman on the left felt tired and (to be honest) ugly. My clothes didn't fit. My rings didn't fit. My ankles swelled. It was not good. The woman on the right feels fabulous! After dropping the weight, I got my first and second degree black belts in Tae Kwon Do and resumed one of my favorite activities, running.

Today, I feel wonderful, inside and out. And younger than I've felt in years. I've reclaimed my power over food and my body. I don't crave specific comfort foods. I run or walk several miles per week, teach yoga regularly, and attempt things I never would have tried before. I'm flexible, lean, and happy!

Well Hello! I'm Beth ;-)

I love Jesus, puppies, and children. When I’m not behind my desk coaching women or on the mat teaching yoga, you’ll find me running, kayaking, or enjoying long walks on the beach with my pup.


My first coaching gig was decades ago, when I worked as a corporate fitness coach, teaching classes on-site to groups of women during their lunch hour or after work. I was hooked! Currently, I teach yoga 3-5 times a week online and in person. Since 2010, I've worked as a certified life and weight-loss coach. I've also won my own wars with weight gain, fitness, and emotional eating. I understand your struggles.


I have a Doctorate in ministry, which basically means a degree in helping people, along with a bunch of certifications in coaching and yoga. I can show you how to manage stress without turning to food. You'll also learn how to achieve better energy and focus so you feel great
