About Me. . .



 I love Jesus, puppies, and children. When I’m not behind my desk coaching women, with a dog at my feet, you’ll find me running, hiking, kayaking, or enjoying long walks on the beach with my hubby or a fur child.

My first foray into weight loss coaching was decades ago, when I worked as a corporate fitness coach, teaching classes on-site to groups of women during their lunch hour or after work. Since 2010, I've worked as a certified life, emotional eating, and weight-loss coach.

I've also battled my own wars with weight gain, fitness, and self-worth. I know what's possible for each of us. I have a Doctorate in ministry, which basically means a degree in helping people.

My most recent certification to help me better serve my clients is a 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga teaching certification. Yoga is a wonderful way for my clients and I to relieve stress and strengthen our bodies and minds.  

WHY I GET YOU...
